Can not believe that that on Sunday we’ll be locking up this place for the last time! Unless we decide to move back in a few years of course😉 I still feel like sh*t, definitely got the flu. Fever is finally gone but got a bad cough, aches and the energy level are nonexistent..
I am so excited to move to Bournemouth and be living by the sea side. I’m so happy that Winter will be growing up in a beautiful place with nature on the doorstep! I don’t mean to hate on London, we have had some great times here but it’s not the place I want to raise my child.
Anyhow, trying to use up the last bits in the freezer and had these 2 yummy meals this week. They’ve been sitting in the freezer for a while! Cant wait to be settled in to our new flat, do a massive food shop and start cooking again.

This was a little experiment that I tried the other day and it came out really tasty so I made it again today. The protein powder makes it extra thick and creamy! Makes it feel way more indulgent and rich than it actually is.
I was never really in to protein powder but after my pregnancy I lost so much weight due to breastfeeding and forgetting to eat cause I was so busy with little Winter. So I have started to drink daily protein shakes to up my calorie intake. I’m also trying to think of other fun things to use the powder for! Want to try and make some protein energy balls or similar at some point😊
If you wanna have a go at making my creamy protein hot chocolate see recipe below!
Makes 1 large mug
450ml plant milk (I used Oatly barista)
10 gram vanilla protein powder (I used Vega protein which is vegan friendly)
2 tablespoons peanut butter powder (got mine from Hoosier Hill Farm on Amazon) or you can just use normal peanut butter!
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
Put every thing in a pan and heat while whisking. Enjoy!
