Yummy PB and Berry Protein Shake!

Happy hump day!! Half way through the working week! I just managed to put my lil Winsy down for a nap on the bed! Usually in the day she will only nap if I put her in the baby carrier or if I take her for a walk! So this is good progress!! Let’s see how long until she wakes up and realises I’m not there!!πŸ˜‚

As mentioned before I have started drinking protein shakes every day as it’s a quick easy way to get more calories. I don’t have much time to sort out nutritious meals 3 times a day for myself and I really don’t want to end up eating a bunch of crap or getting in to a bad habit of snacking constantly. Breastfeeding burns so much calories and I have lost so much weight so I really need to up my calorie intake. Never thought I’d have this as a problem post partum! Haha

I love my daily shakes and look forward to them every day! Haha I love mixing things up and trying different flavours. Always have lots of frozen berries and fruit in the freezer that I can use. I love using a fresh banana as my base and then I just add whatever else I fancy😊

Made this one the other day and it was seriously so good!! One of my faves!

Berry, banana and PB protein shake!


  • 200ml plant milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder (I used Revolution Foods Wild Berry flavoured powder)
  • 1 banana
  • Handful frozen strawberries
  • 3 tbsp Peanut butter powder or normal PB
  • Topped with more frozen berries and cacao nibs (They are hiding under the berries)

Put everything in a blender and enjoy! Reminds me of a PB and jam sandwich!😍
