I started my day with a protein peanut butter hot chocolate!😇
This was a little experiment that I tried the other day and it came out really tasty so I made it again today. The protein powder makes it extra thick and creamy! Makes it feel way more indulgent and rich than it actually is.
I was never really in to protein powder but after my pregnancy I lost so much weight due to breastfeeding and forgetting to eat cause I was so busy with little Winter. So I have started to drink daily protein shakes to up my calorie intake. I’m also trying to think of other fun things to use the powder for! Want to try and make some protein energy balls or similar at some point😊

Makes 1 large mug
- 450ml plant milk (I used Oatly barista)
- 10 gram vanilla protein powder (I used Vega protein which is vegan friendly)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder (got mine from Hoosier Hill Farm on Amazon) or you can just use normal peanut butter!
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
Put every thing in a pan and heat while whisking. Enjoy!
